Ingredients<\/h5>\n \n - 5 cups shredded butternut squash<\/li>\n
- 2\/3 almond flour (or Gluten Free breadcrumbs)<\/li>\n
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten<\/li>\n
- 1 1\/2 tablespoons minced sage<\/li>\n
- 1\/4 teaspoon fine grain salt<\/li>\n
- 1\/8 teaspoon ground black pepper<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div><\/div>\n

Directions<\/h5>\n \n - \n Step 1<\/span>\n Preheat oven to 200\u00b0F and place a rack in the middle.<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
- \n Step 2<\/span>\n In a large bowl combine shredded butternut squash, almond flour, eggs, sage, salt, and pepper.<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
- \n Step 3<\/span>\n Mix well until combined.<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
- \n Step 4<\/span>\n Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large heavy frying pan over medium-high heat.<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
- \n Step 5<\/span>\n When sizzling scoop 2 heaping tablespoons of mixture into the pan, press them flat with the help of a spatula, and cook until golden-brown, about 3 minutes on each side.<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
- \n Step 6<\/span>\n Drain briefly on paper towels to soak up any excess grease, and immediately transfer to an oven proof dish and then into the hot oven until ready to eat.<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
- \n Step 7<\/span>\n Repeat to make all fritters.<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
