Like I written before.. Homemade is better and yes you can buy it at your local grocer, but why not make your own? so here I am sharing another delicious dipping sauce that would go fantastic with grilled kabob and those kabob can be Vegetarian, and of course this dipping sauce it’s delicious as well with any type of meat.
2 Teaspoons ground ginger OR 2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons wasabi powder
sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Step 1In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, honey, ginger, and wasabi powder. Bring to boiling, stirring to dissolve brown sugar. Cool slightly. Transfer to bowl, if desired sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 2Serve with beef, pork, chicken, fish, seafood, Tofu or veggies.
