A delicious light and filled with flavor salad that can be served with any main course or simply add your favorite grilled Fish, Chicken or Beef and make it a whole meal.
Spinach Salad with Apples

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 8 bacon slices, cooked to a desired crispness and crumbled
- 1 – 2 medium-sized green apples, chopped
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 2 table spoons of dry cranberries
- For Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 Cup of Vinegar
- 2 TBSP of brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Mix Well and serve with the salad
Directions
- Step 1 Wash the Spinach, if you don’t have Baby spinach, don’t forget to remove the vein of the spinach. Combine all ingredients and serve.
