Hi everyone here we are thankful and blogging on what a new lifestyle in eating habits awaits most of us, I have given recipes on different ways to cook fish but now that I have to watch over my better half, I want to share another recipe that I am sure you will all enjoy, For serving, consider placing the baked salmon fillets on a bed of saute spinach, roasted potatoes and a tossed salad.
A healthy and very nutritious dish that can be enjoyed anytime of the week

Ingredients
4 large cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano,
1 teaspoon NoSalt Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative
¾ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ cup white wine, preferably Chardonnay
2 pounds wild-caught salmon fillet, skinned, cut into 6 portions
1 lemon juiced.
Directions
Step 1Heat oven to 375 F.
Step 2Lightly grease a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan or line the pan with foil and lightly oil the foil
Step 3In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, parsley, oregano and olive oil, blend the ingredients well.
Step 4Arrange the salmon fillets in the prepared baking pan and spread the garlic, oregano and parsley mixture evenly over them. Sprinkle the fillets lightly with the wine, NoSalt Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative and freshly ground black pepper. Bake the salmon for about 20 minutes, or until the fillets register 145 F or flake easily with a fork.
Step 5Drizzle the baked salmon fillets with 1 tablespoons of lemon juice.
This is the ultimate most satisfying, quick salad to make and it only has the following: Avocados, Tomatoes, red onions, cilantro and what give it that ultimate kick lime juice
