Roasted Asparagus with panko and Romano cheese

As you all know that  lately doing research for healthy eating habits are key; well among all the research we fond out that Asparagus is also beneficial for our coronary.  Asparagus is extremely high in vitamin K, which helps blood clots. “Asparagus also has more than 1 gram of soluble fiber per cup, which lowers the risk of heart disease, and the amino acid asparagine helps flush your body of excess salt”  according to American Heart Association. Now I know that cheese is a big no-no but for my recipe is just to give it taste and I do NOT do any egg wash for the Panko breading.
